First name, Last name, Country, Address, ZIP code, City, Phone, E-Mail Address, payment method: Based on your consent We will collect your first name, last name, address, Zip code, city, phone, email address and your chosen payment method if you purchase ChamSpy product from our website. The Payment Token will be provided by the Payment Service Provider as a record of the transaction. Required fields necessary to conclude the transaction are specially marked; any additional information is voluntary and based on your consent.

Legal basis for processing your personal data is a service agreement, i.e. Art. 6 para 1 lit. b) GDPR. The legal basis for processing your additional data based on your consent is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.
We will process your personal data to answer your inquiry when you submit a ticket which relates to one of our products. This feature is used for our business purpose of identifying our products users and providing service resolution for our customers. Legal basis for processing your data is our contractual obligation to perform on our contract, i.e. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.

We will collect data generated by the monitoring features of our product.
ChamSpy has strong technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized disclosure and to ensure that only relevant employees who administer, maintain and further develop ChamSpy’s product and services, will have access to your personal data. when you contact our support, our support team is required to process your personal data to answer your request.
We will not share your personal data with local authorities or courts except where we are required to do so by applicable law, a court order or a legally binding injunction.
During the contractual relationship with you, ChamSpy retains your personal data no matter your subscription is for free or paid. Except when we believe we are required to retain the collected information by law, we will only retain collected information as described below.
In case you revoke consent or there is no purpose for processing, your personal data will be deleted. In some cases, ChamSpy is legally obligated to retain data for a certain period. Once this period has lapsed, ChamSpy will delete the data in accordance with data protection obligations.
Cookies from our domain will be saved on your machine for maximum a year while 3rd-party cookies from Zopim.com(our support system provider) can be 2 years. You can delete the cookies anytime from your browser.
ChamSpy is legally obligated to retain support feature requests from customers concerning product support inquiries for 3 months. With regard to personal data provided through contact requests, ChamSpy will retain such request for 6 months period following closure of the request and clean up such data on regular basis thereafter.
Personal data provided in connection with a ticket submitted will be retained for as long as the ticket is open. Once your inquiry has been answered, ChamSpy will retain such data for a 6 months period.
ChamSpy will retain your Personal data related to product purchase, such as address, payment information and order date for a minimum period of six years in accordance § 257 HGB, and a maximum period of 10 years in accordance with § 147 AO.
We will retain your personal data related to a subscription to our newsletter for as long as the subscription is valid. Once you revoke your consent, we will delete your personal data entirely.
Personal data that we collect in order to carry out license auditing will be deleted from our online server 14 days after the defined license auditing period has elapsed. Personal data that we collect will be retained if you renew successfully during the 14 days after the license expired.
If you provide us with your email address to receive ChamSpy’s newsletter but do not confirm the confirmation email you received, ChamSpy will retain it for a period of 3 months.
When you contact our support, we will retain your personal data for a period of 6 months after the request has been resolved.
